Product information

Uglybooks paper is great for most media, but is not treated for watercolor use, even though you will see artists working with watercolors on them.

All Uglybooks paper is made from responsibly sourced ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) virgin fiber. It is archival quality as well as acid and lignen free. This paper is meant to stand the test of time. 

We use biodegradable shrink-wrap except for our Mystery packs.

Uglybooks are 48 pages plus cover, the cover is 350gsm and the interior pages are 135gsm

There is a small Uglybooks logo on the back cover, the other branding is printed on the packaging

They come with 25 sheets of 175gsm paper, 5 sheets of 5 different colors

The front cover can slip under the top sheet to protect the other sheets

The pads have a chipboard backer for added stability

The top has a glue edge binding

All returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase and remain unopened. Unfortunately we cannot refund opened packages. F****** spectacular paper

"All I can say: If you're hating on this paper for the price-point, either you already spend too much on birthday cards from the pharmacy, or you don't have a single creative bone in your body. Yeah, it's ""expensive"" for ""construction paper. "" But if you really understood paper, or care about quality, you'd know that acid-free, archival paper, that's as thick as a tee shirt-- doesn't just fall off trees. Have fun giving your hard-earned paycheck to Hallmark. I have a box full of crayons, a pad of amazing paper, and an imagination. I am unstoppable."
